The largest is Unit 1 on the ground floor and it has four bedrooms, four bathrooms with two washing machines, a large and fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a custom made marble fireplace. The whole area is air-conditioned and each bedroom has SAT TV as well as a large flat TV in the living room. In the outside area, guests can enjoy preparing a BBQ or relaxing next to the beach. Unit 2 is situated on the second floor and consist of two luxurious, double bedrooms with an amazing view and two bathrooms with a washing machine. This fully air-conditioned unit has a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The air-conditioned Unit 3 is also situated on the second floor and has one luxurious bedroom with a bathroom with a washing machine. A well-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room are also at guests’ disposal. Penthouse Unit 4 is situated on the top floor of the villa. The sea view from this unit is just breath-taking. This air-conditioned penthouse has two double bedrooms and one bathroom with a washing machine, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with leader sofas. Many restaurants, cafes, markets, bakeries, etc. are at walking distance from the villa.
