About Villa

If you are looking for a spacious luxury beachfront villa for you and the group of your friends or family, Villa Fran in Crikvenica, Kvarner is all you can wish for, and more. This villa is suitable for 18 people and has 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, within five separate apartments in one villa. There are three heated pools within three separate apartments.

This villa screams luxury with three pools, a sauna, an elevator, and a private garage that can fit five cars. What makes it even better, it is located just 5 meters away from the sea and the beautiful beach. On the ground floor, you can find a sauna and one bathroom.

There is also one apartment on the ground floor, with one bedroom that has an en-suite bathroom. It has an exit to the big lawn with pool and sun loungers. On the first and the second floor, there are four apartments, each with two bedrooms and one bathroom. All apartments have a balcony with a breathtaking view over the sea, that you can enjoy from comfortable garden furniture. Apartments number 4 and 5 have their own outdoor pool and sun loungers so you can enjoy in complete privacy. 

Town Crikvenica is only 2 km away and this villa is the perfect holiday destination for a group of couples or larger families.
