The outdoor space is beautiful and the apartments are well equipped with a lovely view. The house is well maintained and very modern. The lack of an indoor common area, communal fridge and lack of privacy due to cameras in the communal area and live-in groundskeeping staff makes the house less suited for a large group looking to rent the house exclusively.
