It is a unique villa with a magical position in the cliffs overlooking the clear blue Adriatic Sea and the historical city of Dubrovnik. Just 500 meters away from the old town of Dubrovnik, the villa offers a spectacular panorama which can be enjoyed from its terraces and from the swimming pool below. It is nestled on a total area of 8000 m2 and it is surrounded by a carefully tended garden, olive trees and pinewood.

This spectacular six-bedroom property is one of the oldest in this part of Dubrovnik and enjoys the status of a cultural monument. Villa Eternal is one of the most luxurious residences located right by the sea.

On the ground floor there are two large bedrooms with shared bathrooms, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, while on the first floor there are two spacious double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with shower. In the apartment close to the main entrance, there is a sixth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The main floor consists of a modern and fully equipped kitchen with high-tech edge appliances, spacious dining area and a cosy living room with a piano, SAT TV, entertainment system, library and a fireplace. This amazing villa provides elegant Italian designer furnishing and modern amenities like an emergency power generator and a sophisticated alarm system with video surveillance located around the property.

A garden area and picturesque terraces with sitting and dining areas are an ideal place to relax and enjoy cocktails near the pool with a stunning view of the sea and the mega yachts in front of the old town of Dubrovnik.

It’s a joy to dine alfresco and prepare a barbecue whilst savouring the beautiful sunset. The villa even has its’ own walkway leading down to a rocky beach villa and seashore, where there is a further sun deck and from every angle there are gorgeous sea views.
