Villa Kavaljer

Inside the villa, there are four luxuriously equipped rooms, each with associated air conditioning and TV. Three rooms have a double bed, while one has two beds. There are four bathrooms at your disposal. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living room where you can spend time playing board games.

The outside of the villa is completely fenced, so the safety of you and your loved ones is unquestionable. There is also a pool of 32 m2 where you can swim and enjoy the beautiful Istrian sun. For those who like to enjoy a meal in the fresh air, there is an outdoor kitchen and dining area. In the outer part of the villa, you can also find a barbecue, a carefully tended garden, and an orchard.

We recommend hiking to see the untouched nature and greenery of Istrian olive groves, and for those who like swimming the nearest beach is a kilometer away. The beautiful town of Novigrad is located nearby, and a short drive you can reach other gems of Istria, Porec, and Umag. We have no doubt you will like it.
