"Wonderful villa with the best host ever. The villa is truly a oasis basically in the middle of nowhere with a great garden with lots of shade. The kids can swim and play peacefully and safe in the garden. Nikola is the best host ever. He makes sure you have everything you need. At arrival the fridge is filled with cold beverages and he was very generous and gave us fish and we were allowed to take from the vegetable garden basically anything we needed. Home grown patatoes, unions, garlic, tomatoes, cole, zucchini, cucumbers - you name it and we could take as much as we wanted. It was wonderful. There are several chickens so you also have fresh eggs - more than you need. The region is also very pretty with lots of activities so we would advise all of you to give it a go to this villa and region!"

The house is very well equipped and modernly designed. The garden is large and well-kept. There is a beautiful terrace, a barbecue area and a pool with loungers. Nicola is a helpful and accomodating host. If you have any questions or problems, he can be contacted at any time and takes care of them immediately. We were there with 8 friends, we had a wonderful time and we didn't miss anything. We can absolutely recommend the house.

We had such a nice time at the villa Ni-Sa. Nikola is the most amazing host. He helped us with everything we needed and much more! The Villa was a perfect set-up for us (three families, 6 adults and 4 kids). The kids enjoyed the garden, the trampolin and the pool so much. We also loved the outdoor kitchen and used it almost everyday. Thank you for the great holiday!

This villa was perfect for our holiday with two families and kids. Pool, playground and enough space in the shadow. Gigantic grill. Even an outdoor fitness center for the grown-ups plus five mountain bikes. Picturesque landscape surrounding the house. Dream holiday! And Nikola was a wonderful host, he gave us precious tips, offered to help in any possible way. He always had a smile on his face. Additionally he brought us fresh eggs and vegetables from his garden.

By far the best Villa we have ever stayed in. Nikola was fantastic & helpful from arrival to departure. Fresh vegetables daily, only minutes from the national park. We can not wait to come back, it was perfect for a family meet up after not being able to see for so long!

Boravila sam sa obitelji u Villa NI-SA od 20.06. do 26.06. Bilo nam je zaista prekrasno, Vila je na visokom stupnju čistoće, opremljena za sve. Dvorište je pravo malo čudo, roštilj, peka, bazen, tuš, sprave za vježbanje, ležaljke, suncobrani, mala fontana čiji žubor vode stalno čujete. Posebno je zanimljivo što smo imali mogućnost da koristimo povrće iz vrta i jaja koje bi kokice izlegle. Djeca su bila oduševljena. No, ipak, najveća vrijednost ovoga objekta je gospodin Nikola, koji je bio na usluzi 24 sata. Nenametljivo i sa mjerom. Čak je kupio televizor i postavio ga na terasu kako bi svi mogli gledati utakmice. Mada svaki apartman ima televizor. Ujutro je dolazio da očisti bazen i odradi poslove oko vrta. Niti jedno jutro nismo ga čuli. Svakako ćemo se vratiti. Čista petica.

Wir haben in der Villa NI-SA unsere Traumferien verbracht! Es ist alles perfekt. Vom Anwesen bis zum Gastgeber. Die Grosszügigkeit ist einzigartig, vom Willkommens-Apéro, über den Gemüsegarten, bei dem wir uns bedienen konnten bis hin zu den Fischen für den Grillabend... immer wieder wurden wir reich beschenkt. Das Haus mit dem riesigen Umschwung war perfekt für uns mit zwei Familien - alles war blitzblank sauber und die Übernahme und Abgabe absolut unkompliziert. Zu schönen Plätzen am Meer, zu wunderschönen Städchen aber auch zum beeindruckenden Nationalpark mit den Wasserfällen dauert es je etwa 30 Minuten... wobei man bei so einem sensationellen Haus mit eigenem Pool gar nicht das Bedürfnis hat, ständig unterwegs zu sein. Mehrere top Bikes stehen zur Verfügung, falls man die Gegend per Fahrrad auskundschaften möchte. Wir waren und sind begeistert und würden sofort wieder hier Ferien machen - für so eine Haus und so zuvorkommende Gastgeber müsste man die Sechs-Sterne-Bewertung einführen! Danke Nikola!
