Villa Terra

It continues into the olive groves and land with different kinds of trees. There is a 40 m2 pool in front of the villa, surrounded by sun loungers and sun umbrellas. You can read a book or drink a cocktail while sunbathing. Just, don't forget the sunscreen. The outdoor dining area is fully covered. While you are grilling something on the BBQ, your little ones can play on the children's playground that has a slide and a swing—a child's dream come true. And, you don't have to worry about safety, everything is fully fenced. 

There are 4 bedrooms in the indoor area for 8 guests altogether. Three out of four bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is big enough for a lot of cooking and maybe some excellent Istrian wine drinking. Right by it is the indoor dining area. The spacious living room is very cosy and home-like; it makes you think you are still at your own house. If it will somehow get cold, there is the underfloor heating and the heating with A/C units in the villa.

Istria is one of the most developed parts of Croatia. It is very rich in history as well as nature, which can be seen in the example of the Villa Terra. If you are more into the continental parts, then you surely have to visit the city of Pazin and all the little villages on the way to it. You'll stumble upon a lot of stunning small vineyards.
