In the villa, there are two more bedrooms with double beds - both with their own bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen, which is wonderful and well-equipped with a dining table with designer chairs, and the living room, which is very lovely and has comfortable sink-in sofas, are both situated in the heart of the house. 

Outside, a spacious lawned garden wraps around the house with a variety of fragrant Mediterranean trees, shrubs, and impeccably maintained hedges, creating a feeling of intimacy, privacy, and peace. At the center is, of course, a private pool and a charming outdoor kitchen with a dining area that truly invites al fresco living.

The surrounding area offers you the possibility of walking, cycling along the famous Parenzana bicycle trail, picking asparagus, mushrooms, and herbs, visiting the medieval town of Motovun, and enjoying the sight that is remembered and not forgotten. If you wish to swim in the sea, the nearest beach in Porec is only 25 minutes away. The vicinity of the modern Istrian Ipsilon road allows you to reach all the famous Istrian cities of Pula, Rovinj, Umag, and Opatija within half an hour.
