Each room has a TV, and a baby cot is available. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room. The open space allows for fluent interaction between guests, so you can prepare delicious meals in the kitchen and communicate and socialize with guests, who are in the living room and dining room, at the same time. Large windows provide a lot of light and make this space more comfortable, and modern furniture of mostly neutral colours will charm you. 

The ground floor offers a view of the private seawater pool located in a fully fenced yard that gives a sense of privacy. There are also sunbeds, an outdoor shower, as well as an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy pleasant evenings with food and a glass of wine.

The town of Kaštela is located on the shores of Kaštela Bay and is the second-largest city in Split-Dalmatia County. If you want to learn more about the culture and history of the city, visit the Museum of the Town of Kaštela in the castle Vitturi. During your stay in Villa Nia, you can visit the ancient Salon in today's Solin, as well as the UNESCO cities of Trogir and Split.
