Das Interessante an dieser Insel ist, dass sie durch eine Brücke mit dem Festland verbunden ist, sodass die Villa leicht erreichbar ist. Neben der Nähe zum Strand ist es nur 400 m von der ruhigen Stadt Jezera entfernt, wo alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden sind - Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte.

This place is superb - one of the best experiences we have had renting a holiday home. The hostess is the most gracious, kind, generous lady who cares deeply for you to have the best stay. Besides the breathtaking views, the house is equipped with everything you can only dream of. Cannot rate this place highly enough.
Villa Konstanca and the situated place at the coast are just top of the bill, even better than as we expected from the photos on the net, everything is high quality, all the rooms have airconditioning, as a fact the villa is fully equipped with anything you could need, and if anything is needed the Fam. Klaric , the owners of the house, are always standing by to assist in any way, perfect and friendly contact, they assisted us in any way possible! the pool is wonderful, as is the Jacuzzi, there is a wonderful garden attached, fully fenced, with beautiful plants and flowers (our 2 little dogs loved to play on the large grass field) and equipped with an outdoor kitchen, 2 large tables and a state of the art grilling device, all under roof with open walls, so the sea breeze can bring cooling, the Adriatic Sea is a 100 meters walk through the shadow of the sea coast forest away, with numerous places made fit to enter it. But the best part, as far as I am concerned, is the view! Having breakfast every morning on the large terrace with that view! Breathtaking! Couldn’t get enough of it, every part of the day there where new sea activities to see, and the mix of deep blue sea and green islands mingling together is something one never gets tired off! I have been all over the Adriatic coast, from Piran to Budva and back, found many wonderful places, but I think this one has it all, never seen a better mix of all that makes this coastline so attractive, combined with such an wonderful and luxurious package for staying, I recommend it 110% Jos Kurnig. Stayed from 22-6-2024 to 29-6-2024 (and was regretting not to have booked a longer stay 😉)
Villa Konstanca is an absolutely gorgeous place!
Villa Konstanca is amazing, but even more the hosts are so lovely and take care of everything. There was really everything available that you need or can think of and the whole architecture is just WOW!
This is undoubtedly the best villa we've had the pleasure to stay in. Stylish with spectacular views. Made even better by having friends in adjacent Villa Sara. The owner was there to meet us despite our (very) late arrival and could not have been more helpful. Incredibly well-equipped and comfortable. Having the sea and a handful of good places to eat within walking distance was also a real bonus. Plus use of bikes and SUPs (and a gym and sauna) meant the excesses of the nights could be atoned for in the days. Highly recommend.

Wow! What a stunning property, simply amazing! The owners really have thought of every single detail to make sure that its home from home. We loved the property so much that we struggled to find the motivation to go out! From the pool area, the surrounding views are spectacular and the bbq is excellent. With a hot iron style log heated cooking surface. The hosts were also extremely helpful and on hand to answer any questions or help with any requests. 10 out of 10 for this villa!
