Villa Plenča

The Villa was beautiful and we felt very welcome by Mario and his family. They live next door and were not imposing in anyway. They provide beach towels and other towels in the villa. It is a 45 min drive from Split airport. The location was a bit further away from the centre than we realised so it is a 20 mins drive to Sibenik. You cannot walk to anything other than the small shop which is 2 mins away so you 100% need a car. One of the bedrooms is downstairs. The outside space is great but I would say that if you have younger kids (ours are teenagers) there are several steep steps and drops from where the pool is to where the climbing frame is. The pool also has no shallow end, I am 5’5’’ and could only just stand in it. These are only minor comments and we have absolutely no complaints. If you are going on holiday to stay in the villa and relax then this is the place for you but if you want to be out and about like us and use it as a base then this might not be the best location.

Beautiful house - extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable and cool with AC in every room. Mario and Josipa were so kind and accommodating, booking us into a local restaurant on our first night when shops were shut due to a public holiday. We visited Trogir (stunning - well worth a visit), Sibenk, Zaboric beach and tried paddle boarding and inflatables.

Nagyon szép, kellemes hetet töltüttünk el szűk családi körben. Mindenünk megvolt, nyugalomban tudtunk pihenni. A gyerekek minden percét élvezték, lekötötte őket a nagy tér, a medence, a játszósarok. Köszönjük.

Amazing host, knew we were vegetarian so had some cheese and bread for us when we arrived. also got us fresh garden vegetables the next day which was so thoughtful of them. Definitely good with large family. Will recommend friends and family visiting the area. The location is not in crowded place so 15-20 min drive to get to town but that is what we wanted as we had a car. The grocery store is a 2 min walk so very convenient location.

Very clean, spacious villa. It has everything you need!!! Owners are super friendly and able to help you any time. Big supermarkets within 10mins driving.

Superschöne Unterkunft mit allem Komfort und top Ausstattung. Die Unterkunft ist ländlich gelegen mit tollem Blick in die Natur. In Laufnähe befinden sich ein Supermarkt und ein Studenac. Man sollte mobil sein - dann fehlt es an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und lassen es an nichts fehlen.

Die Villa war schön modern, komfortabel und gemütlich. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt, Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern, das ganze Haus hat immer und überall wundervoll geduftet und auch romanische Lichter konnte man zu später Stunde finden. Selbst eine Musikbox, Spiel- und Badesachen für die Kids und jede Menge Badetücher... Besonders zu erwähnen ist aber die wundervolle Vermieterin!! Von Anfang an haben wir uns willkommen gefühlt. Vom Begrüßungssnack, über Insider Ausflugtips, bis Abschiedsgeschenk und zwischen durch eine Schüssel frisch gepflückter Kirschen und stets einem Lächeln... Wir kommen gern wieder 😀
