Villa Rustica is a great place to relax, but also have a fun holiday at the pool. For us, a group of 14 people the rooms were great, clean and spacious. Sanitary and Cooking was no problem, the kitchen in the pool-house is big enough for everyone. There were some problems with the AC, but they were fixed immediately. Communication with the host was flawless. The only upside of Villa Rustica is its location, being a good distance from the ocean and not really reachable via public transit. But that also means that it is absolutely quiet and calm.
