Villa Zizanj

For additional sleeping space, guests can use the two double sofa beds in the living rooms, which take the house capacity up to 14 people. Apart from the private beach or the swimming pool, guests can enjoy the breathtaking sea view or sunset over the Kornati archipelago. 

Terraces of 300 m2 are there to be used in various times of the day. The covered terrace is the best place to be at the warmest part of the day; the BBQ terrace is great for entertaining guests, and the swimming pool deck with sun beds is an amazing place in the late afternoon. 

If that is not enough, there is also a 580-meter-long private beach for you to enjoy. Privacy is everything on Zizanj Island, but it is still close enough to Zadar and Biograd for sightseeing.

On the arrival and departure days, transfers from the mainland to the villa are included. It is possible for guests to rent a boat in Biograd na Moru.

Additional transfers to the mainland (Biograd na Moru) are available for a fee (€400 including fuel). A boat with a skipper (day trips) can be rented for €450 + fuel.

There is a restaurant on the other side of the island, and a boat transfer from the villa to the restaurant and back is possible (organized by the restaurant). Private chef services are also available upon request for an additional fee of 100€ + ingredients. All additional services are paid upon arrival.
