There is also a private heated pool in the yard, featuring 10 sun loungers on the sun deck and a barbecue area with the dining table.

On the ground floor, there is a living room, connected to the sun deck and equipped with a TV, couch, and a dedicated workspace. There is a fully equipped kitchen that will provide you with everything you need for making your favorite meals and a dining area for 8 guests. There is also one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor.
