Villa Osmolis Dubrovnik is a brand-new luxury villa, located in the peaceful village of Brsečine, near Dubrovnik, just 700 m away from the beautiful Brsečine beach and the turquoise Adriatic Sea.

Villa is located in front of a hotel, and guests can use all hotel’s amenities, such as a sauna, indoor pool, concierge service, gym, etc. Also, there is breakfast included in the price which is served in the hotel restaurant.

Villa Osmolis Dubrovnik consists of 2 parts connected by the same corridor. Each part has 2 floors and in each part, there is a heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi, as well as 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. So, Villa Osmolis Dubrovnik has 2 swimming pools, 2 jacuzzies, 4 kitchens, 4 living rooms, 8 bedrooms, and 10 bathrooms in total. A villa like this is perfect for 2 or 4 separate families wishing to have their own privacy, yet want to have a vacation together.

On the ground floor of each part of the villa, there is a private heated saltwater pool and a lounge area with sun loungers and garden furniture. This part is protected from the strong sun because it is in the shadow of the balcony and is the perfect place to rest or drink your morning coffee.

There is a direct entrance from the patio to the ground floor featuring two kitchens, dining areas, living rooms, and toilets. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and each bedroom has a direct exit to the outdoor pool area.

On the first floor, there are also two kitchens with dining rooms, 2 living rooms, and 2 bathrooms. There are also two rooms with a double bed, with an en-suite bathroom. These rooms have direct access to the balcony with a wonderful sea view. The third and fourth bedrooms are a part of the living room but can be completely separated by a wooden screen. There is a jacuzzi and outdoor furniture on the terrace in each part of the villa.
