When you first arrive at the estate, you'll be greeted with the scents and sounds of nature, as well as the unavoidable panoramic view of the sea from your bed. Enjoy all that the villa has to offer, from the singing of birds to dusk refreshed by a mistral from the sea.
It has four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and television, and can accommodate a total of eight people.

Was soll man sagen? Absolute Traumvilla, mit fantastischem Meerblick und schönsten Sonnenuntergängen. Die Villa ist absolut luxoriös ausgestattet. Alle Bilder entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Highest Class! Getoppt wird dann alles noch durch Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeberfamilie. Unglaublich herzlich! Es werden einem die Wünsche quasi von den Augen abgelesen. Gemeinsames Abendessen, Bootsausflug…Was für ein Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

As experienced Croatia vacationers, we can say: Villa Panoramica is one of the absolute top villas in Istria. Equipment absolutely deserves 5 stars!!! Kitchen with spacious living room, luxurious bedroom, top outdoor kitchen, wind-protected dining area, heated pool and own wellness area. You really don't miss anything and the hosts can literally read your wishes from your eyes. As soon as we arrived, we were treated to delicious regional dishes in the form of dinner. We'll be back next year :-)
