We enjoyed our time in Villa Jasmin. The house is in a great location with beautiful views. The sauna and pool table were popular amenities. I would stay in Villa Jasmin again and will recommend it to others. Some suggestions on things that you could do to improve the home: The kitchen is understocked which made cooking a meal challenging -- no blender, no toaster, no oven pans, no measuring cups. The wifi was weak and would often disconnect. The house could use more clothes hangers in the closets. We would have preferred to not have a baby crib in our room. I recommend that you keep the crib in storage and put it in the primary bedroom ONLY when requested.
Stunning location in Rogoznica. The views from the upper sun deck, which is shared by the two master bedrooms, and the sun deck at the dining level below are fabulous. Rogoznica is an adorable Croatian town - a tiny island connected by a causeway to the mainland. The two block waterfront of the town is lined with restaurants and a convenience store too. The two masters with ensuite baths are outstanding. The main level of the home contains three bedrooms of equal size, all smaller but comfortable, and one and a half baths. The final full bath is on the lowest level, and is shared with the washer and dryer. Inside on that lowest level, there is a huge recreation room with sofas and a pool table, with a two-story ceiling open to the kitchen and dining area above. The pool and sun loungers are on the lower level. Local hosts do not speak English, but Google Translate works. Fresh towels every day. Note that a relatively large cash only deposit is required. Good parking.

Perfect villa for a group of 10, family or friends, just a great place to stay with amazing view of Rogoznica and marina Frapa. I did not like a cash deposit of 1000 EUR, which makes no sense to me. Otherwise all was nice and very fair for the price.
