For those who prefer the summer months, you can find air conditioning in the villa to cool off on long days, while those who prefer the colder months can be heated in the villa by underfloor heating as well as air conditioning.

You can find the beach only 400m from the villa, and you will find shops, cafes, and restaurants on the way to it. If you decide to spend more time in the villa, you can cool off in the private pool and sunbathe on the sun loungers. What is important is that the pool is adapted for your little ones, with a depth of 1-1.35m. And as already mentioned, the villa is completely fenced, which facilitates the daily children's play and care for the little ones.

During your stay, you can visit the city of Sibenik, one of the oldest Croatian cities, rich in architecture and natural attractions. The island of Zlarin, located across the street, will give you the adventure of going to one of the 1244 Croatian islands.
