Villa Karmen Adriatica

The living room has direct access to a covered loggia, equipped with garden furniture, the perfect spot for the first cup of morning coffee while facing the Adriatic Sea.

This villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, within its 3 double bedrooms, and 2 additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other 2 bedrooms are sharing a bathroom. One bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the sea.

The outdoors of the villa is partially fenced, and it offers a partially covered terrace by the pool. The pool is private and heated and there are also sun loungers by the pool. On the terrace, there is a barbecue and a dining table for 8 guests.

The whole villa and its surroundings are orientated towards the sea, sun, and Mediterranean atmosphere. The garden around the villa is enriched with real Mediterranean plants and herbs.

This villa is ecologically equipped with solar panels in order to provide hot water.

While staying in this villa make sure to visit the entire beautiful Island of Ugljan and cities like Zadar and Šibenik.
