In the outdoor area, you can enjoy and relax both in the jacuzzi and pool. The pool is hydromassage and heated. While you are soaking up the sun on the sun loungers or the garden furniture, your small ones can play in the children's playground and enjoy the careless play. The property is fully fenced, so you are completely safe. 

The indoor area has three large bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The villa accommodates up to 6 people. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing meals, and there are two dining areas, an indoor dining area for 8 people, and an outdoor dining area for 12 people. If you are into grilling, there are a BBQ and a stone house with a fireplace in the outdoor area just waiting for you. If you will be in need of heating, there is underfloor heating available as well as heating with A/C units and a fireplace. For the hotter days, there is indispensable air conditioning in the villa. 

As we stated, the beach is close to the villa, as well as all the necessities such as market, restaurant and coffee bars. The vacation would not be on the level if you wouldn't visit the stunning surroundings. There is the city of Zadar with its Sea Organs and Biograd na Moru, a famous tourist destination. Also, don't miss visiting the beautiful island of Pag.
