Villa Aria

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and entrance in glories, nice terrace covered with wooden roof, with stone sink and sitting place, where you can enjoy in the afternoon sun or have an evening snack with a beautiful view on the Gruž harbour and marina. On the second floor, the lovely attic, you have a spacious flat divided with a sleeping area with a king-size bed and living area and a beautiful kitchen and separate private bathroom.

On the outside there is a 210m2 of green grass garden, with a 31m2 pool, two showers, deckchairs, lounge place and garden dining table. Opposite of the main house, next to the pool, there are additional two connected buildings, with upper entrance and garage for cars. There is a tavern with built-in barbecue place, fully equipped kitchen with ice machine, table football for a fun and toilet. From the tavern, you can pass through the toilet to the second part – 15m2 gym and sauna for 6 people with a shower.

An interesting fact about this villa is that it was built by Dusan Popov's father, who lived here in his early age and was one of the most famous double agents during World War II. He was the original Ian Flemming’s inspiration for the James Bond character.
