This modern, villa (built 2018) comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests across 69 m² of indoor space with a 13 m² salt-water pool and a fully fenced 119 m² plot — perfect if you’re travelling with little ones. The vibe is quietly luxurious yet unpretentious: think sun-drenched breakfasts, sea breezes and an authentic island feel just moments from everything you need.

Inside you’ll find two cosy bedrooms (one double 160x200, one with two singles 90x200) and two bathrooms with showers — handy for families or friends sharing. There’s a sofa bed for an extra guest, A/C in every room and a small workspace for those mixing a few hours of remote work with vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster) so cooking local produce is easy, and practical touches like a washing machine, iron, linens and toiletries make longer stays effortless. 

Outdoor living is the real draw: a carefully tended garden surrounds the private salt-water pool, four sun loungers, sun umbrella, BBQ and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Private parking and a fully fenced yard make this a relaxed option for families, while the Mediterranean planting and quiet street set a serene tone for lazy afternoons and evening barbecues.

Location couldn’t be simpler — the beach, town centre, restaurants, market and cafés are all about 60 m away, and the airport is roughly 15 km. It’s ideal for families, couples, small groups of friends and remote workers who want a calm base.
