The Sara and Konstanca villa complex is located only 100m from the sea, in the charming village of Jezera, known for its pristine beaches and coves, sailing, and the thick shade of its pine forests.

This beautiful complex covers a total of 670 m² of living space. It consists of two villas, each featuring 4 airy and spacious bedrooms equipped with comfortable king-size beds and private en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms in villa Konstanca with en-suite bathrooms are located on the ground floor and two on the second floor. The first floor of villa Konstanca consists of a modern kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, a dining area, and a sun-soaked living room. The kitchen provides direct access to a gorgeous spacious terrace with a beautiful, heated pool equipped with massage jets, a jacuzzi, comfortable sun loungers, and a lovely seating area. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the clear sea and green islands.

The ground floor of villa Sara consists of a beautiful living room with a fireplace, one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a separate toilet, and a partially enclosed terrace. The first floor of the villa is comprised of a fully equipped, stunning kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room, and the remaining three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The living room offers direct access to a beautiful terrace with an outdoor kitchen, a dining area, a seating area, and a heated pool.

The interior and exterior of both villas are characterized by simplicity, elegance, and luxury at every turn. The Sara and Konstanca villa complex also features an extremely rich offer of wellness and entertainment facilities. The offer of both villas includes a wellness area with a sauna and a superbly equipped gym, a garden, an outdoor grill, bicycles, and a PlayStation 5 console.

The garden of villa Konstanca also features a children's playground providing safe entertainment for the youngest guests. Guests of the complex have at their disposal a total of 4 private parking spaces. In the immediate vicinity of the Sara and Konstanca villa complex, there are tennis, basketball, and football courts, a sailing academy, and a diving school. Also, a beautifully landscaped promenade that stretches along the coast is located near the villa complex. It is ideal for taking long walks and cycling.

Absolutely perfect! The place is overwhelming and with stunning view. Every detail of the villas is well thought out and of high quality. I really enjoyed my time in the villas.

This is undoubtedly the best villa we've had the pleasure of staying in. Stylish with spectacular views. The owner was there to meet us despite our (very) late arrival and could not have been more helpful. Incredibly well-equipped and comfortable. Having the sea and a handful of good places to eat within walking distance was also a real bonus. Plus use of bikes and SUPs (and a gym and sauna) meant the excesses of the nights could be atoned for in the days. Highly recommend.

Very nice villa with an astonishing view! The house ist lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail and the photos shown on the website correspond exactly to reality. The owners of the villa are very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Wow! What a stunning property, simply amazing! The owners really have thought of every single detail to make sure that its home from home. We loved the property so much that we struggled to find the motivation to go out! From the pool area, the surrounding views are spectacular and the bbq is excellent. With a hot iron style log heated cooking surface. The hosts were also extremely helpful and on hand to answer any questions or help with any requests. 10 out of 10 for this villa!
