On the ground floor of the villa, you will be greeted by a spacious living room with imposing stonework and a large comfortable couch. Large windows offer a beautiful view of the charmingly arranged garden and the sea. Designed in wood, the fully equipped kitchen follows the same feeling of warmth creating a relaxing feeling for guests. Five spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, provide rest for a maximum of 10 people. With access to the terrace, each room looks like a private oasis with a perfect sea view. The villa also has two sofa beds for an additional 2 guests.

The attic of the villa is a real little work corner for all those who cannot leave their work at home. The lowest floor has 2 bedrooms and a cinema hall, each of which has its own veranda. The villa's carefully landscaped garden, with its beautiful green lawn, leads to a separate unit with a wine cellar, a gym, and a sauna. But, the real pleasure of refreshment and relaxation is offered by a large saltwater pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. Whether swimming or enjoying a delectable barbecue, the sea view is magnificent.
