After choosing your villa select your dates and the duration of your stay on the booking calendar. You will be able to select only available periods. For accommodation and services which have the sign ˝Book now˝ the agency guarantees their availability. In this case you can proceed to the selection of the payment method. In other words you can confirm your reservation immediately, except in few cases when we need the owner’s confirmation. For accommodation without the sign ˝Book now˝ our customer service will send you an e-mail about the availability within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends and holidays). In case of availability we will inform you by e-mail how to proceed with the reservation process and continue with the selection of payment method.
The details of your booking - review your selection and click continue. Enter your personal contact information and the number of adults and children in your group. If you have infants in your group, baby cots and highchairs will be provided on demand. You may also add a message if you have any requests or further questions. You can also check the general rental terms and conditions by clicking on the appropriate link.
Review all the details of your booking and select your payment method. To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. The security damage deposit is cash you give at arrival and it will be refunded on departure. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit amount.
For the 30% deposit please select one of the following payment methods:
- Master Card, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Diners and Discovery cards are accepted.
- Paypal payments are accepted.
- Cash on arrival. (due on arrival - may not be an option for some properties)
Please note that if you use your credit card or pay-pal for the deposit, your booking is instantly secured and you will receive a confirmation on the website and by email.
If you have selected a bank transfer for the deposit you will receive an email with all the details of your booking and instructions on how to proceed. To finalise the reservation you are required to follow the instructions in the email and confirm your reservation. After that you will receive payment details. You are required to make the payment in the next few days so we receive it in 3 working days. After that period if we are missing the down payment you will be contacted and your reservation can be canceled. Bank transfers may not be possible if your arrival date is in 30 days or less.
Please note that if you select to pay the remaining 70% by cash on arrival the deposit is not refundable in case of cancelation.
All the rates include VAT and tourist tax for all the members of your group.
PAYMENT ON OUR WEBSITE IS SECURE: www.myluxoria.com takes credit card data security very seriously. For that reason we use WSPay to securely handle credit card information.
PAYMENT BY FOREIGN CREDIT CARD
The amount that will be charged on your foreign credit card is in Croatian Kuna (Kn). If you have a different currency on your credit card a conversion to Croatian Kunas will be made by your credit card company. As a result of this conversion it is possible to have small deviations between the price shown on our web site and the one charged on your credit card. My Luxoria can not be held responsible for any difference in price resulted by currency conversion.
Once the online payment is performed, you will receive a confirmation of the payment on your e-mail address. You can use this confirmation as a voucher.
If you would like to cancel your payment, it is necessary to contact us in written on [email protected] and to explain reasons for the cancellation.
