The kitchen on the first floor is of course fully equipped, and the living room is perfect for a fun family game night the kids can also play on the PS4. From here on, there is direct access to the outside of this villa.

The fun continues outside as well. You can enjoy the 21m2 (7 x 3.5 meters 160 cm deep) heated pool to 25 °C for maximum comfort with a cocktail in your hand on sun loungers while sunbathing. There is also an outside dining area and a BBQ. The kids can play safely on the playground, and you won't have any concerns because the property is fully fenced. There are also bicycles you can use and explore Central Dalmatia.

The area around the pool has a seating area for 6 people, a shower area, 6x deck chairs, and an outdoor kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances: an ice maker, coffee maker, barbecue, stove, sink, refrigerated display case, etc. The pool offers spectacular views of the green slopes and the surrounding mountain range.
