About Villa

Welcome to the brand new, luxury villa only a few kilometres away from the famous historical city of Šibenik. With its modern design it is ideal for a quiet holiday away from the city crowds. In front of the villa there is a beautiful vineyard which allows guests to relax in the green surroundings. The Amare villa was designed with lots of love and passion for details and can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned and beautifully decorated bedrooms, which all have SAT TV, and one bedroom having an en-suite bathroom. Baby cot is also available. Two rooms have access to a spacious terrace overlooking the greenery so that guests can enjoy the silence and the singing of birds after waking up.

This elegant villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room that is ideal for friends’ gatherings. DVD player is available so children can enjoy their favorite movie while adults are having fun on the terrace preparing a traditional Dalmatian meal on the barbecue. Guests can fully relax by the 43 m2 hydro-massage pool and enjoy a good book while the kids play on the trampoline. They can use the garage and the yard is also fully fenced. Pets are allowed on request as well as organisation of various events.

Villa Amare is an ideal starting point for sightseeing of the historical city of Šibenik as well as the National park Krka and Kornati. This modern villa will fulfil all your expectations. Enjoy!

Matilda was an outstanding host and we’re so grateful for her outstanding hospitality. The villa is simply stunning, the pool was outstanding. Extra little touches like wine direct from the vineyard and vegetables from the garden were greatly appreciated. I can’t recommend this property or host enough
