Nature, vineyard and luxury, all in one. Welcome to the Bas de Bas Estate which spreads over 6 acres of land and consists of two small luxurious vineyard villas. The vineyard has different varieties like Syrah, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc, which gives one of the best wines of the famous Croatian vinery Bibich – Bas De Bas.

The Estate is located just a few kilometres from the historical city of Skradin, and it is made for lovers of nature, wine, nice decor and design. These two vineyard villas were built out of the ruins of old homes used by estate managers and their staff. Both of the villas are energy self-sufficient, and they have their own water source located under the vineyard. The amazing villas are fully equipped and both have lounge areas which can be closed with a glass wall in case of bad weather. There is a garden between the villas filled with Mediterranean flora, and they share a 75 square meter swimming pool.

The inside of the first villa has around 90 square meters, and it has a fully equipped kitchen with spices, tea and coffee for the Lavazza coffee machine. The living room is nicely decorated and has a multimedia collection of movies and music for any taste, as well as a book collection. On the upper floor there is a spacious bedroom, which has a safe, bathrobes, slippers, sleeping masks along with anything the guests might need. Wonderful villa has also a lounge area for relaxation with nature smells and sounds. The other double-room villa has around 94 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, a living room with a multimedia library, a bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is also a safe, bathrobes, slippers, sleeping masks and other essentials. Also, the double villa has a lounge area for relaxation. Both villas are fully air-conditioned, both have internet access, and there is a cell phone at the guests’ disposal with important phone numbers and information. There is also a barbecue, private parking and an extra sleeping bed available upon request. The price of the Bas de Bas Estate includes daily cleaning, basic groceries, changing of sheets every four days and a welcome package which includes one of the best Croatian vine. Guests can also call in food delivery, massages, manicure, pedicure, excursions, gastro tours, car rental and other services for extra charge. Don't forget to visit Krka National park and the cities of Šibenik and Skradin which are located close by.
