On the ground floor of the villa, you can find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a table for 10 people. The living room is the centre of the house, and it has direct access to the pool area, garden and the Jacuzzi. On the outside of the villa there is a heated 65 square meters swimming pool from where you can enjoy an incredible view of the Pakleni islands. An outdoor bar is a unique feature, fully equipped with great selection of drinks. If you like being active during your holiday, enjoy the gym and keep up with your workout routine during your holidays. With an on-site villa manager and housekeeping on hand, the daily needs of the guests are gracefully catered for. Outstanding villa - fantastic views and location. 15min walk to Hvar Town (NB several steps to manage en route). Villa facilities and housekeeping excellent. Beds v comfortable, bathrooms well appointed.

The house is better than pictured. The host could not be nicer. She even left us fruit, cheese and meats along with champagne to welcome us. It’s a 4 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the town but away from the hustle and bustle of Hvar center. We had the most incredible time. Don’t hesitate to book!

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival.
