The old stone house from 1934 was renovated in 2020 into the luxurious Villa Antico 1934. This modern villa with a dose of traditional charm is a true gem located in Trogir, 200 m from the sea and 2 km from the city centre. Located in a quiet, Mediterranean environment, it is the perfect choice for a peaceful, relaxing family and friends holiday. The spacious villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.

Each bedroom has air conditioning and a TV. A baby cot is available for guests. The villa has 4 bathrooms, two of which are part of the room. On the first floor, guests can cook in the fully equipped kitchen and relax in the modern living room or play billiards, while children can play on the children’s playground.

In a fully fenced yard that ensures privacy, there is an outdoor dining room, where guests can enjoy a barbecue. An outdoor relaxation area is perfect for socializing and enjoying a refreshing drink in the sun or a glass of wine after dinner, as well as having fun while playing table tennis. A private pool of 48 m2 will complete the fun and relaxing stay.

I came across Myluxoria whilst searching for villas in Croatia, and to say the site has the most gorgeous inventory I've ever seen, is an understatement. It was incredibly easy to book, and the team kept in contact on the run up to the trip. We needed to change our dates for family reasons, and the team couldn't have been more accommodating. We stayed at Villa Antico and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Andela and her family were warm, welcoming, and helpful providing tips about the local area. We loved our stay, and we would absolutely recommend both.

Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Villa We had a wonderful time and were extremely happy with our stay! The villa was perfect — fully equipped with everything we needed and even more than we expected. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making sure guests feel comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped getaway. Thank you again for everything — we hope to return soon!

We would give Villa Antico 1934 a score of 11 out of 10 if possible as the place is stunning. The conversion of the farm house to a holiday villa has been carried out beautifully, retaining many features from the buildings history. Our host (Martina and family) was so welcoming and helpful, she helped to make our holiday a great one. The complimentary "Welcome Pizzas" that were provided (the villa owners also own a Pizza Restaurant in nearby Trogir) where some of the best I have ever tasted! The villa has EVERYTHING that you could need (including lots of personal touches) and we will certainly be returning there in the future. A stunning villa, in a beautiful part of Croatia - 5 STARS!!!

Really nice house! Pool, Whirlpool erverthing was really good! We stayed for 10 Days and liked it a lot! Martina (the owner) was super helpful with every question we had.
