Villa San Mauro has four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, while one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and its own shower cabin and sauna is located on the ground floor.

On the first floor of the villa, you will find an open kitchen with a dining room that offers an extraordinary view of the landscape and has direct access to the villa's terrace. The saltwater pool offers an incredible sea feeling of freshness and relaxation. There are cozy deckchairs and umbrellas surrounding the pool, making it the ideal spot to enjoy the warm rays of the sun. You can choose where to cook with an outdoor summer kitchen, covered outdoor eating area, and barbecue.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is also a true paradise for wine lovers - the wine cellar. Together with the room with TV, you can relax in pleasant evenings here. Villa San Mauro also has a private parking lot for 3 cars.

Located in the very north of Istria, in the municipality of Buje, Momjan is ideal if you want to enjoy a peaceful, beautiful view of hills covered in wine, famous wineries and the sea, and excellent restaurants. The famous autochthonous Istrian restaurant with homemade food is located only 100 meters from the villa, and here you must try the truffles, a real Istrian delicacy. The nearest town Buje is 6 kilometers away, and the coast and the nearest beach Umag are 19 kilometers away.
