This villa can accommodate up to 12 guests and offers 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and TV, as well as a cot for children. Inside and outdoor dining options are available, as well as a fully equipped indoor kitchen. Of course, we cannot forget the welcome package that awaits you in the inner dining room.

The living room is spacious and ready for all the fun evenings you will spend with your loved ones. In the pool house next to the villa you have a bedroom, living room and kitchen. The villa's outside is also well-designed, with a fully fenced yard and a heated hydromassage pool with sun loungers for maximum relaxation in the Dalmatian sun. Relax by the pool with a glass of local wine or perhaps a cocktail. The possibilities are endless!

For additional entertainment, there are darts, table football, PlayStation, and a collection of books. You can request daily cleaning, food delivery, massages, boat rentals. The beach is only 2 km away, while cafés, restaurants, and stores are only 1 km away.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.

Absolutely beautiful Villa, the attention to detail has been meticulously thought out. The location is stunning although the walk down to the shops and beach was little too energetic for some of us but taxis were easy to get. Would definitely return!
