On the ground floor of the villa, there are five sophisticated bedrooms, a modern kitchen with a spacious dining room, and a comfortable living room. The spaciousness of the interior with carefully selected elements offers a relaxing experience of shared moments.

Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms, a PlayStation and reading corner, and an air hockey gallery. The villa offers a variety of facilities for all generations. From classic board games, table tennis, and table soccer to a relaxing room and children's playroom, every guest can find something to their taste. For fans of strategy games, there is also a corner for chess, as well as four bicycles for exploring the surroundings.

The town of Labin is only a 10-minute drive away. This beautiful town is located on a hill, and its old town center, colorful square, and beautiful beaches give a special experience. Visit beautiful Rovinj and beautiful Pula, which are less than an hour's drive away, and sailing to the Brijuni National Park will surely leave a special mark in your memories.

Perfect Holiday Home to accommodate a large group of people. Heated pool as it was already end of summer, which was nice. Also a great destination with kids.
