Villa Mr. Smith

Set on the sunny Dalmatian coast in Blace, Ploče, this newly built (2026) villa is designed for relaxed luxury and effortless togetherness. With space for 12 guests across six bedrooms — each with a king-size (200x200) double bed and en-suite shower bathroom — the villa balances privacy and shared living with warmth and style. The indoor area of 300 m2 sits on a 600 m2 plot that offers seaviews and a carefully tended garden, creating a calm, restorative atmosphere just 100 m from the beach.

The living spaces are generous and thoughtfully equipped: multiple comfortable seating areas, smart TVs in every room, a dedicated workspace and home office, and high-speed Wi‑Fi for both work and play. Culinary life centers around four fully equipped kitchens, a large indoor dining area for 12 and an expansive outdoor dining terrace for 18 — perfect for relaxed breakfasts, family dinners or a celebratory evening with a private chef (available on request). Practical comforts include A/C in every room, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, washer/dryer, safe boxes and a welcome package with a start package of coffee capsules.

Outdoors is where this villa truly sparkles: an 18 m2 heated infinity pool with countercurrent swimming plus a second pool, a Jacuzzi for soothing evenings, sun loungers and umbrellas, an outdoor kitchen and intimate terraces for sunset cocktails. The fully fenced yard and private parking for four make it easy to arrive and unwind. Boaters will appreciate the private boat mooring, while concierge services, prestocking, daily cleaning and food delivery are available upon request for a seamless stay.

Located only 200 m from the town center and local market, with restaurants and cafés within 150–200 m, the villa is ideal for families, multigenerational groups, friends travelling together and small events or weddings upon request.
