Tucked on the peaceful shore of Blato on Korčula, Croatia, this bright and modern villa welcomes groups of up to 12 guests into 327 m² of carefully curated living space. Built in 2013 and set on a 580 m² plot, the home feels both luxurious and instantly familiar: sunlit rooms, a warm fireplace for cooler evenings, and air conditioning in every bedroom. 

Days flow easily here thanks to an indoor dining table for 12. The bedrooms include three doubles (180x200), one double (160x200) and a twin room (2 x 90x200), while living spaces invite relaxation with sofas, a smart TV in every room, Wi‑Fi, a stereo system and a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs a quiet corner. Entertainment is abundant: billiards, table soccer, table tennis, board games and a children’s playroom keep every age happily occupied.

Outside it's hard to resist the pool (24 m²), Jacuzzi, outdoor shower and sun-drenched terrace lined with 14 loungers—perfect for lingering with a book or sipping evening cocktails. A carefully tended garden and fenced yard guarantee privacy, and practical touches such as private parking, a garage and boat mooring make arriving and exploring simple. For wellness lovers, there’s a sauna, gym with treadmill and even SUP board for short outings from the shore just 7 m away.

The village center is a short drive (10 km) while the nearest restaurant sits 500 m from the door and local markets and cafés are about 1.5 km away; the island airport is 170 km. The house suits families, active groups who love sea and water sports, wellness retreats and special occasion gatherings—events and weddings are available upon request.
