Villa Decima is a real oasis of peace for a family holiday! Located in the hinterland of Split, just a 25-minute drive to the city center, this charming villa is the perfect location if you are looking for a peaceful vacation not far from all amenities.

The whole villa looks magnificent. The beautiful and meticulously arranged and spacious yard is decorated with a heated swimming pool around which there are 6 comfortable deckchairs. Below the pool is a multipurpose court, perfect for touch tennis. In the villa's yard, there is also a separate house with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and dining room, which is ideal for evening get-togethers.

The interior of the villa exudes modern luxury and a pleasant atmosphere. Three bedrooms with large double beds provide accommodation for optimally 6 people. In two rooms, there are also two bedrooms for two additional guests. The warmth of the atmosphere is brought in by the beautiful living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining room. For the youngest, there is a children's room where they can play carefree for hours.

During your stay at Villa Decimas, visit the Dalmatian metropolis, the charming city of Split. The old town, the beautiful waterfront, and the imposing Diocletian's Palace are just some of its assets. Sail through the archipelago and visit the incredible island of Brač or charming Šolta.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.

Wir sind mit einer Gruppe von 6 Freunden in diese Villa gekommen. Alle unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen, alles wurde qualitativ auf höchstem Niveau gebaut. Die Einrichtung ist sehr Luxuriös und Stilvoll. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Das absolute Highlight ist aber der Aussenbereich, der Pool mit dem dazugehörigen, ebenfalls top ausgerüsteten Poolhaus ist ein Traum. Das für uns aber grösste Highlight war der Hauseigene Fussball-,Tennisplatz. Wir haben hier wundervolle Ferien genossen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!
