Villa M&D

Nestled on the sun-drenched coast of Dugi Rat, just a short drive from Split, this newly built (2026) villa offers a private coastal retreat with gentle sea views and modern comforts across 234 m2 of stylish living space. Designed for up to 8 guests, the property sits on a 521 m2 plot and combines contemporary design with warm, welcoming details — think carefully tended gardens, a fully fenced yard for privacy, and a calm atmosphere only 600 m from the beach and 1.5 km from the town centre.

Inside you’ll find four tranquil bedrooms, each with a 180x200 double bed and its own en-suite bathroom, plus two additional guest WCs — six bathrooms in total ensure everyone enjoys space and convenience. The living areas are arranged for relaxed socialising and quiet evenings alike: a comfortable couch by the fireplace, Smart TVs (with Netflix) in every room, stereo system, and a fully equipped kitchen that seats eight indoors. Practical touches like A/C in every room, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, and thoughtful welcome and start packages make settling in effortless.

The outdoor experience is a highlight: a 29 m2 heated salt-water pool with hydromassage, eight sun loungers, an outdoor shower, BBQ and an al fresco dining area for eight set amid a fragrant garden. For deeper relaxation there’s a private sauna, and services such as a private chef, massages or boat mooring are available on request. Secure private parking, pool towels, a secure fenced yard and concierge service on request complete the sense of easy luxury.

Perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking a refined Adriatic escape, the villa is also ideal for all-year rental thanks to the heated pool and heating options. Local markets, restaurants and cafés are within a few minutes’ walk, and Split Airport is 48 km away. We look forward to helping you plan a memorable stay.
