Welcome to Villa Katina, on Hvar Island, Croatia! Located in the village of Sućuraj, this beachfront villa awaits, offering an idyllic retreat for its guests.

Surrounded by an enchanting cascade garden, the villa offers a private atmosphere, allowing you to unwind in the lap of nature. Despite the secluded feel, convenience is not far away. Just a short 800-meter walk from the villa, you'll find restaurants, bars, and a market in Sućuraj.

Relax in jacuzzi or take a refreshing swim in the infinity heated pool, both overlooking the sea. The outdoor covered dining area with a barbeque, provides the perfect spot for family meals while enjoying the sea breeze.

Upon entering the villa, you will be enchanted by the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. There is a wonderful sea view from the living room and the kitchen, which will delight you again and again. On the ground floor, there is also a guest bathroom, as well as one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This room has a direct exit to the private, beautiful garden, which is a real oasis during hot summer days.

Internal stairs lead to the first floor, and directly to the second living room, intended for relaxation and enjoying the view. From the living room on the first floor, there is a direct exit to the balcony, which is equipped with outdoor seating and is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Two with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, of which the beds in one room can be separated into 2 single beds (100x200). The third room has 2 single beds, and the bathroom is not en-suite, but is located right next to the room.

For those looking for a more active vacation, there are 4 bicycles, as well as a kayak and a SUP at the guest's disposal.
