Surrounded by a private garden and fully enclosed, it offers guests complete privacy and security. The villa features a luxurious interior with four spacious bedrooms, each fitted with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), and four contemporary bathrooms. Three bathrooms are equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower, while one includes a bathtub for ultimate relaxation. The living room is bright and comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas accommodate up to eight people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, underfloor heating, and daily cleaning upon request.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with a heated swimming pool (44 m²), sun loungers, and umbrellas.
