The lovely luxury villa K is an excellent choice for individuals who want to spend their vacation in Istria in a tasteful, relaxing environment.

The property is located in the little picturesque village of Premantura near Pula and accommodates eight people in four luxuriously appointed bedrooms, three of which have double beds and the fourth has two single beds. Each bedroom features a television and air conditioning, as well as a private bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is next to the huge indoor dining space for eight people, which has large glass doors that provide a lovely view of the outside pool. The living room is tastefully designed and perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

Guests who like to indulge in wellness activities can bathe in the gorgeous jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the sea or relax in the sauna, while those who want to exercise can work out in the private gym. The courtyard features an outdoor dining area with barbecue, making it the ideal spot for a fantastic BBQ meal with friends and family.

Wir 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder verbrachten eine Woche in der Villa K. Sehr geschmackvolle, gepflegte Villa. Tolle Lage - Bäckerei und Stadtkern nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Nahe dem Rt Kamenjak Nationalpark - unbedingt besuchen! Kontakt zur Villabesitzerin perfekt und reibunglos. Sehr empfehlenswert!

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
