The simple architecture with accentuated black glass openings looks amazing. The perfectly coordinated interior extends over two floors and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. At the very entrance, you are greeted by a spacious living room and an extremely large kitchen in an earthy color. The stunning view of the outdoor crystal pool and the picturesque surroundings are completely soothing and invite you to unwind.

The upper floor of the villa is ideal for relaxing. Four bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, own TV, and air conditioning, look like refined private oases. The picturesque atmosphere of the front terrace will make you lose yourself in the luxury of this summer haven and the scent of the Mediterranean.

The fully fenced yard is made for enjoyment. Eight comfortable deckchairs and a hot sauna guarantee rest and relaxation, and evening gatherings with a deliciously prepared barbecue will complement the beautiful sunsets.

With access to Karinski Bay, Villa Pine offers sweet and carefree moments of summer vacation. A large number of shallow sandy beaches attract families with kids who will be happy with children's and water activities. Zadar's surroundings abound in natural beauty, and Paklenica NP, Vrana Lake PP, and Zrmanja River will delight adrenaline lovers. You can also visit the city of Zadar and the beautiful islands of Vir and Pag.

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.

The 5 stars are well deserved. Villa Pina has a beautiful design which also allows every guest the privacy with the 4 separate sleeping rooms incl. separate bathrooms. there is enough space on the ground floor with the luxury living room and well equipped kitchen. You can either enjoy the time in the large pool or walk a few meters to the beach. A supermarket is a 2 mins drive away. We loved it and would come back! Thanks also for the help on short notice and taking so much care of your guests! Also ideally with kids.

Mi smo boravili s našom obitelji i svi smo prezadovoljni, jednostavno ne znamo što je bolje, objekt sa sadržajima, lokacija ili domaćin koji je na usluzi 0-24. Sve je izuzetno čisto i uredno. Zbog lokacije je odmor zagarantiran, mirno naselje i objekt na plaži - savršen spoj!
