All bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, are located on the first floor of the villa. Two rooms boast access to the balcony, where the first rays of the sun will wake you up. The specialty of this villa is certainly the mezzanine villa with an exclusive wellness oasis. Indulge in the feeling of relaxation with the jacuzzi, and infrared sauna, and immerse yourself in the charms of the relaxation room.

The ground floor of the villa with direct access to the outdoor terrace leads to the magic of the perfect yard. The transparent blue pool balances the beauty of the Mediterranean plants that surround it. The modern architecture, complete with a pleasant lounge area for afternoon lazing and a covered terrace, exudes luxury in every respect. There is also a large grill with an outdoor dining area that is sure to be on your wish list. In addition, the private chef is available on request and is certainly a tempting option if you don't want to cook. Make your holiday completely carefree, by choosing daily cleaning or massage services.

Privlaka with beautiful sandy bays and beaches and a long promenade is truly an unmissable summer destination. This place of rich fishing tradition, historical sights, and interesting legends and stories offers many possibilities and captivates every guest. The nearest beach from the villa is 700 m away, while the nearest shop and cafe are 500 m away. Nin, the city with the smallest cathedral in the world and a 3,000-year history has a lot to tell. Perfekter Aufenthalt in einem traumhaften Ferienhaus Unsere vierköpfige Familie hatte das Vergnügen, 13 Tage in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus zu verbringen, und wir können nur sagen: Es war perfekt! Hier ein paar Details: Lage: Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist hervorragend. Es liegt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung, die sowohl Ruhe als auch eine gute Erreichbarkeit zu Geschäften, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten bietet. Wir konnten alle unsere Ausflüge bequem von dort aus starten. Ausstattung: Das Ferienhaus war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Küche war modern und vollständig eingerichtet, was das Kochen zu einem Vergnügen machte. Den Grill haben wir nicht benutzt und können dazu nicht sagen. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll dekoriert und stilvoll. Sauberkeit: Das Haus war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. Es gab keine Ecke, die übersehen worden wäre, und das hat unseren Aufenthalt umso angenehmer gemacht. Komfort: Die Betten waren unglaublich bequem und die Möbel in bestem Zustand. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und konnten uns bestens entspannen. Gastgeber: Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie standen uns mit Tipps und Ratschlägen zur Seite und hat dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Für den gebotenen Komfort, die exzellente Ausstattung und die wunderbare Lage war der Preis absolut gerechtfertigt. Wir fühlten uns, als hätten wir ein kleines Stück Paradies gefunden. Besondere Highlights: Ein besonderes Highlight war der atemberaubende Blick von der Terrasse, wo wir viele gemütliche Stunden verbracht haben. Auch die Bademöglichkeiten im Meer und Freizeitmöglichkeiten haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus einfach perfekt. Wir können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!
