On the first floor there are three luxurious bedrooms, each with its bathroom, dressing room and private balcony or terrace. Each room offers a captivating view of the Mediterranean landscape and the sea, creating complete harmony and privacy.

The basement of the villa hides a real exclusive - a rich wine collection, billiards and a lounge area with a glass wall that offers a unique view of the pool from an underground angle. This part of the villa is ideal for moments of relaxation and socializing. There is also a small bathroom for additional guest comfort.

The villa's courtyard is a true private oasis, surrounded by Mediterranean plants, with a crystal clear saltwater swimming pool with the possibility of heating. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the sun and complete relaxation.
