The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and inverter heating, so you feel comfortable regardless of the weather. For entertainment, the villa offers a diverse range of activities. Play table tennis with friends and family, enjoy the starry sky with a professional telescope, or explore the surroundings with two large and two small bicycles.

The villa's courtyard is perfect for relaxation. The heated pool, complemented by a magical jacuzzi, is open from April 1 to November 1 and is always pleasantly warm, maintaining the water temperature between 24-26°C, so you can enjoy refreshing swims throughout the season. The villa also has an outdoor shower with adjustable water temperature, and after, you can relax in the garden lounge area.
