We are sure that, when you see the word ‘Casa’, you think of home. And that is one of the main points of this luxury villa—to be at home, far away from it. Villa Casa Lu is a modern villa located in the continental part of Istria, one of the most developed regions of Croatia.

Villa Casa Lu accommodates up to 8 guests. There are 3 spacious bedrooms in the villa, all with double beds and an en-suite bathroom, for 6 guests. For 2 additional guests, there are two additional beds if needed. This is an excellent choice if you are travelling with all your family. The interior is designed in whites and dark notes, which are always enhanced when the sun rays hit it during the day. The beautiful kitchen is designed in a marble-like coating and is equipped with everything you may require. By the kitchen is the indoor dining area, but during the hotter days, you can dine in the outdoor area and get the most out of the long summer days.

While the interior is designed in a bit of a contrast, the exterior is done mostly in light colours so that the beautiful green lawn and trees stand out even more. A part of the villa is done in a stone lining, which gives it a bit of rusticity, but at the same time, it keeps it modern. After you do a good swim in the pool, you can sunbathe on the sun loungers, but don't forget the sunscreen! Except for the sun loungers, you can spend your days reading a book on the garden furniture or the swing that is surrounded by olive trees. While you are resting, your small ones can play on the children's playground.

Except for visiting the beach, we recommend you explore the beautiful nature around the villa, as well as the cities on the coast such as Rovinj, Poreč, and Pula. We are waiting for you!

Ungelogen Einfach alles. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind echt ein Traum und es sei das, was die Bilder zeigen. Der Pool und die Außenanlage alles gepflegt und tadellos. Unser Hund hatte viel Auslauf und sich sichtlich wohl gefühlt so wie wie unsere kleinen auch. Liegt etwas abseits, aber sehr ruhig zum entspannen und abschalten. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und bemüht sich um schnelle Hilfe bei einem Problem. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Eine Unterkunft, die man einfach nur empfehlen kann. Megaschön eingerichtet, Luxusfeeling. 👍🏼 Ein so perfekt ausgestattetes Haus. Einfach nur mega. Absolut empfehlenswert. Sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Wohlfühlfaktor 10.

If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The house is new and very tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing here. You feel very comfortable here and can forget your everyday life here and enjoy the peace and quiet. Kudos to the landlord, he takes care of the guests from afar. An example; unfortunately we didn't have any gas for the grill, within about 30 minutes someone came and connected it. We recommend the house 100% and look forward to vacationing in Villa Lu again.

Very good holiday home for people who want to vacation away from the hustle and bustle. The house offers everything your heart desires, we didn't miss anything, everything was thought of. Salt water pool very large and clean, the house is also in very good condition. You should check the travel times for the beaches beforehand, but we were aware of that and the house with its central location in Istria is the starting point for many activities. There is a train line nearby, which didn't bother us personally because of its very low frequency (nothing runs at night and a carriage runs about once an hour during the day). All contacts with the owner or their representatives in the organization were always quick and without complications. Gladly again, 5*+
