Let’s start with the essentials: Villa Abies accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 elegant bedrooms. With 5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to get ready in comfort and style. On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, along with a spacious and airy living room perfect for relaxing with friends or family.

A gorgeous wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where three of the bedrooms are located, each with a private bathroom. One of the rooms also features direct access to a balcony with a jacuzzi. Simple. Elegant. Perfect.

But there’s more. The villa’s basement conceals a wellness oasis featuring a jacuzzi and sauna, a fully equipped gym, a billiards area, and a charming rustic-style tavern perfect for intimate gatherings. Prefer digital entertainment? A dedicated gaming room is also available.

Outside, under the covered terrace, you’ll find an alfresco dining area with a BBQ – ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. Whether you're cooking inside or grilling under the stars, the choice is yours. And when the sun is shining, the heated hydromassage pool, surrounded by loungers and parasols, becomes the heart of the villa.
