Welcome to the villa Five located in Stari Grad on the island of Hvar, the oldest town in Croatia. It is located 500 m away from the sea and offers peace and privacy to guests, even though it is set in a villas complex.

In total the villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Additional two guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen and dining room are located on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace where guests can relax by the 30 m2 pool. Surrounded by forests and Mediterranean herbs, you can enjoy and fully relax on your vacation. Also, if you want to organize a wedding, birthday or any other party, you can do it in this villa.

The villa includes daily pool maintenance. Daily cleaning is upon request. Towels are changed every third day (minimum stay seven nights). There is a possibility of renting a golf cart. It is possible to order a private dinner at an extra charge.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival.
