On the first and second floors, there are four comfortable bedrooms, three of which have a private bathroom and a comfy double bed. One bedroom has two beds for one person, and the sea view gives a special emphasis to the ambiance. With TV and air conditioning, each room provides complete comfort.

The basement level of the villa offers space for socializing and relaxation, including a children's area for playing with darts and PlayStation, a modern tavern with a wood-burning fireplace a kitchen, and a wine store. There is also a separate wellness area with a Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, shower, toilet, and sunbeds.

The spacious 550 m² garden consists of a heated swimming pool with multiple depths, next to which there is a sunbathing area with deckchairs a lounge area for relaxation, and an outdoor shower. In the yard, there is also an outdoor dining area with an outdoor kitchen equipped with a wood-burning fireplace. With an aluminum bio climate pergola and an electrically powered awning, you can enjoy the shade away from the sun.

Villa Piano is located in Turanj, near Zadar. Located in the first row of the sea, with a wonderful view of the coast and a green belt of palm trees, this luxury villa allows you to enjoy evening walks along the coast. The town center is only a 15-minute walk away, and it is also connected to the town of Sveti Filip i Jakov. I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa! The location is stunning, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere.
