Spread across 200 m² of indoor space on a 450 m² plot, it sleeps up to 8 guests in four double bedrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms) and offers a ground-floor bedroom for easy access. There are four bathrooms in total (three with shower, one with toilet and washbasin), A/C and heating in every room, Wi‑Fi and Smart TV setup with Netflix and HBO — perfect for lazy evenings after a day at the beach.

Inside feels like home: a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and spices) opens to an indoor dining area for eight. Practical comforts like a washing machine, dryer, iron, safe box and first-aid kit are on hand, plus games, a PlayStation and a sofa bed for extra flexibility. Families will appreciate the baby cot and high chair, and there’s a welcome package to kick off your stay (pre‑stocking available on request for an extra charge).

Outside is where this place truly shines — a 45 m² saltwater pool that’s heated and includes hydromassage, plus a separate Jacuzzi, turns the garden into a private spa. The fully fenced yard is carefully tended and lined with eight sun loungers, an outdoor dining area for eight, sun umbrella and pool towels provided.
