The elegant and modern Villa Mary is a brand new luxury retreat, located in Zaton, just 50 meters from the sea. This beautiful residence offers a vacation next to beautiful sandy beaches, colorful summer events, and the rich historical tapestry of the area.

Villa Mary has a maximum capacity for 8 people with three bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom with shower. One bedroom boasts a spa bath adding an extra sense of luxury. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room enriched with SMART TV and a surround sound system. You will certainly enjoy family gatherings and relaxed moments with friends.

The carefully arranged yard is arranged by lush greenery and stone details. This oasis of luxury delights with an elegant combination of comfort and sophistication. The beautiful swimming pool is heated and surrounded by 6 comfortable deckchairs. The villa also offers an outdoor grill and kitchen for gourmets as well as an outdoor jacuzzi and sauna that further enrich the experience. The villa has private parking for three cars with video surveillance, so you don't have to worry.

Zaton and its surrounding area are known for numerous beaches with mostly shallow parts, beautiful sunsets, and crystal clear sea, which makes this charming place an ideal choice for a family vacation. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
